Job Description:
As a valuable team member, you will work closely with management to ensure that company goals and missions are met. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Construction estimating, project management and sales of new projects;
- Profit and loss and cost control;
- Following the Bid Schedule and responding to customer request for bids
- Quality interaction with customers, vendors and staff;
- Development of a customer base and repeat business relationships;
- Following bidding and selling practices established by the company;
- Contract and Company Administration to include reviewing all agreements of jobs personally closed to ensure that the scope of work bid matches terms and conditions of the contract;
- Coordination and management of project set up and start up, pre-job conferences, job site meetings, submittals and all project management activities;
- Ensure construction is performed in accordance with plans and specifications as well as completed in accordance with all company safety policies and procedures;
- Review and approval of weekly work reports and other project expenses;
- Perform other related duties as required to ensure a safe workplace, quality construction and timely completion of each project;
- Enforcement of all company policies and procedures, including Safety and Quality Control; and
- Additional duties as directed by company management specific to the position.
Minimum Job Requirement:
- College degree in Construction Sciences, Construction Management, Engineering or related field is required for this position.
- 2 to 4+ years construction experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Engineer or similar within a commercial construction company environment (General Contractor or Specialty Contractor)
- Must have experience in Commercial Construction Estimating
- Must have experience in project scheduling and coordination, project management, and general construction practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Highly Organized, motivated self starter with the ability to set and attain goals
- Bi-Lingual a plus
- Must be dependable with a stable work history
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and the internet (web based applications)
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
- Must have ability to manage and adapt to change in a fast paced construction environment

Job Description:
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986; At least 18 years old; Valid drivers license, truck, and excellent driving record; Able to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively; Construction experience required, preferably commercial construction; Ability to work off elevated platforms, ladders, or mechanical lifts; Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop often; Well groomed and physically fit; Available to work shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime (can not guarantee returning to home each night if out of town or able to leave job site at a particular time); Ability to follow written or verbal instructions regarding company policies or job duties. Ability to pass a drug test and background check; No felony convictions; Must be courteous and respectful to other employees, vendors and customers
Minimum Job Requirement:
A truck is required for the position and the ability to travel out of town as needed. We offer a great training program that all employees participate in. You must be authorized to work in the United States and not have any felony convictions.
